Artech’s Design department started off in 2009 with designing and constructing basement apartments, garages and new home additions. Nowadays we are also creating cottages and small scale custom homes, mostly on low budgets while still offering attractive structures using durable materials and building techniques that meet our clients’ needs.

We design accordingly whether it’s for a client creating their dream home that reflects their personal style or one that is interested in creating a neutral and adaptable investment property.  One of our team members is also a Real Estate Agent, with whom we can offer Investors valuable full-service packages. Our Realtor and Interior Designers are also there to suggest renovation ideas that can sell a property more profitably or the renovations that can transform a newly purchased house into someone’s unique home.

All our individual customers as well as Property Managers and Condo Board Members can expect to be treated with courtesy and careful attention as we patiently work with them every step of the way.

As we’re increasingly working for Property Managers, the majority of our current design projects are of creating or renewing communal spaces of condo buildings. We specialize in commercial and residential kitchens and bathrooms as well and are experts at making these spaces accessible for seniors  or residents possessing disabilities.
